About
The St Basil the Great Orthodox Church Parish House Castle Hayne is a residential accommodation on the greater grounds of the church. It is accessible from the church building and also from Blue Clay Road across from the Cape Fear Community College. The house is available for clergy use on the following basis:

DESCRIPTION
The Parish House is a two-bedroom bungalow of approximately 900 square feet with living room, kitchen, dining area, one full bath, one half-bath and laundry. The master bedroom hosts a queen bed and recliner with prayer corner.
The second bedroom is outfitted as a study with a queen inflatable mattress available to accommodate sleepers up to 700 pounds. If needed the living room sofa can be used as a single bed.
Additional bedding is provided. Wifi and coffee supplies are provided as a courtesy; however foodstuffs are the responsibility of the visitor. Grocery and fast-food sources are located nearby via Route 117 N. College Road (see map).
Cleaning supplies are also provided. No smoking inside, no pets permitted unless previously explicitly authorized. House rules and wifi password are posted inside on the entry door.
BOOKING
Initiate a Reservation by sending an email inquiry to: bookings@wilmingtonoca.org
A two-week notice is required. Please also evaluate whether the House will accommodate your party appropriately before requesting a Reservation. Please send contact information including cell phone, requested dates, expected times of arrival and departure, number of individuals staying. If children will accompany adults please state number and ages. St Basil Parish reserves the right to decline a Reservation request if the accommodations are unavailable or if in the opinion of the council the accommodations are not appropriate for the party. If the Reservation is accepted, the Agent will confirm the request and will provide the lockbox code under separate communication.
