Welcome, Father David Shewcyzc! Father David will be with us through July 27th.

All-American Council Presentation: Gather in the nave at 12:00 to hear news for our parish, diocese, OCA, and the many various Orthodox ministries. Come with any questions you have.

Volunteers are needed to help gather items and get the Parish House ready for our next two visiting Priests. See email sent to the Parish for details!

Dormition Fast begins on August 1st!

Matthew Zazitski needs a ride to church on July 29th and August 10th. If anyone in Southport is able to give him a ride to church, please text him at (910) 619-9510.

Morgan and Aaron welcomed baby George on July 8th! Let's support them as they navigate life with a newborn by providing them with meals. Meals must be gluten and dairy-free. Please sign up using this link: https://mealtrain.com/335ogy

If you are having a hard time with the link to sign up, you can text Paige Svetahor (contact info in the directory) or Jenn Scully@319-670-8015 and they will try to text the link to you. You can also let Laura Gunn know what meal you are contributing.

Parishioners can leave meals for Morgan and Aaron in the fridge or freezer at the Church on Sunday or Wednesday, and Aaron will be able to pick them up on his way home from work on Monday and Thursday.

Church Flowers: There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board near the restrooms. Paide or Jen can fill you in on the details if you are interested in signing up!

Prosphora Baking Demonstration: Patty and Andy Brusko will be offering another holy bread baking demonstration at their home in Southport on Saturday, August 16th at 9 am. Please RSVP to patty.brusko@gmail.com if you'd like to attend. Their contact information is in the church directory as well.
